Refund Policy

Hazel Helps provides personalized digital document-generation services that are delivered to you immediately — a completed document, a document credit, or a monthly subscription allocation. Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable once a document or a purchased document credit has been used.

Hazel Helps helps you write documents; we do not decide how those documents are received. Dissatisfaction with the decision or response of a government agency, employer, school, healthcare organization, landlord, insurer, creditor, business, or any other recipient is not grounds for a refund. Hazel Helps cannot control or guarantee third-party decisions.

If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced a technical failure that prevented delivery of the purchased service (for example, payment succeeded but your credit or document was never added to your account), please email us at hazelhelps.support@gmail.com.

We will review the issue, and Hazel Helps may correct the problem or provide a refund when appropriate and as required by applicable law.

You can cancel your Hazel Helps Plus subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your remaining documents for the rest of the current billing period. Except as required by applicable law, subscription fees for a billing period that has already started are not prorated or refunded.

Please contact us at hazelhelps.support@gmail.com before disputing a charge with your card company — most issues can be resolved faster directly, and mistaken chargebacks can result in account suspension.
